Wild Bill’s Recycled Aggregates collects information needed to provide material sales, pickup, delivery, disposal intake, contractor/homeowner portal features, service requests, support, payments, and operational communication.

Data may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names, project or delivery addresses, order history, disposal/load details, truck information, uploaded photos, support messages, invoice/payment references, and usage events needed to operate and improve the platform.

Payments are processed by Square. We do not store full card numbers in this app. Operational data may be shared with service providers only as needed to run the platform, process payments, provide support, or meet legal/accounting/safety obligations.

Some records may be retained for accounting, safety, fraud prevention, operational history, legal compliance, or dispute resolution even after an account deletion request.
